Policies
I will not depict abuse or other violent acts involving harm to animals. Horror and Halloween-themed gore is the only exception, so long as it is not too extreme.
Every effort is made to create your custom item in a timely manner. However, please allow for up to two weeks of processing time depending on the level of detail. If you would like to check on the status of your order, please message me at sky.8bluebirds@gmail.com and I will respond as soon as I can.
To order a charm, figurine, or other item in the likeness of your pet, please provide a photograph or drawing of your bird. More detailed instructions can be found on each customizable item. I can also create a small palette sample on request. If you would like me to test the clay colors before sculpting the full figure, please contact me directly.
